Telaxis.Acumen

Your organisation's institutional memory, queryable.

Wingman knows the user. Acumen knows the business. Every interaction makes the platform smarter about your specific organisation.

Why organisational knowledge stays trapped

Most organisational knowledge exists only in the heads of specific people, the threads of specific email chains, the documents of specific project folders. Two users in the same organisation asking similar questions get unrelated answers. Three people working around the same missing infrastructure produce three independent workarounds. Successful patterns developed by one team don't reach another team facing the same problem. AI sees none of this unless explicitly fed.

What Acumen does

Acumen makes the institutional knowledge structural. Every interaction across every connected user contributes to a shared organisational context. Every prompt to AI is automatically enriched with relevant context that the user wouldn't have supplied themselves — past decisions, established terminology, patterns from analogous work. Cross-user suggestions surface prior work that's relevant to the current task. Patterns of work emerge as visible artefacts rather than as scattered tribal knowledge.

The platform extends itself

When Acumen detects patterns of frustrated workaround across multiple users — the same problem being solved manually three times — it synthesises a specification for the missing module and feeds it to Forge. Forge builds the module. Guardian runs it. The new module becomes available for future interactions. The execution layer progressively aligns itself with how the organisation actually works.

When Acumen needs to reach a new system — a custom internal database, a unique CRM, a niche industry tool — it drives Forge to build the connector. No pre-built library required. Custom systems aren't a barrier; the platform extends its own reach.

The result

Year one of a deployment, Acumen is thin. Year three, Acumen holds substantial portions of the organisation's tacit knowledge in queryable form. Every new user benefits from the accumulation that preceded them. The longer you use it, the harder it is to imagine working without it.
