Why AI delivers different value to different users
A skilled AI user doesn't write to AI the way most people do. They specify preconditions, constraints, expected output structure. They iterate structurally — when an answer isn't right, they identify which part wasn't right rather than just regenerating. They recognise AI failure modes (overconfident reasoning, hallucinated specifics, sycophantic agreement, ungrounded claims, argument loops) and intervene to correct them.

What Wingman does
